To achieve this, we developed a magnetic holding structure that attaches the delicate watch hands to the shaft using magnetic force rather than a fixed connection. This Shock Release Hand (minute hand)* absorbs and dissipates impacts effectively. The structure also makes it possible to create larger hands and offers more flexibility in styling. The layered construction of the analog-digital combination face incorporates a full-screen LCD and metallic dial featuring openwork to create decorative see-through sections. Specially designed unconventional hour and minute hands in the center and an indicator hand within the LCD add the finishing touches to this strikingly original design. More than just a bold new look, these timepieces deliver on function, too.
