Outer package box(package for product) and mailing tube are to protect the actual product, crumple, scratch, stain, crash/tearing of box/tube is not a valid reason for exchange/refund.

Scratches or damage to OPP, Acrylic components, shrink wrapping film, or package to protect the product are not subject to exchange or return.

Due to the nature of the product, there may be minor scratches and scratches, but these are not defects.

In the case of prints and printed matter (photocard), Product can only be exchanged/refunded if they are deemed defective without light reflection. imprints, scratches, press marks, etc. of less are not subject to exchange or return, except for portraits. If your video does not clearly show the shipping label number, or if the video cannot be seen clearly, has been edited, or otherwise is unacceptable, Kpopmerch may not accept your request for a replacement, refund, or the supply of any missing item
