Outer package box(package for product) and mailing tube are to protect the actual product, crumple, scratch, stain, crash/tearing of box/tube is not a valid reason for exchange/refund.

Scratches or damage to OPP, shrink wrapping film, or package to protect the product are not subject to exchange or return.

Due to the nature of the product, there may be minor scratches and scratches, but these are not defects.
