Direction of use: Oregano is commonly used in Mediterranean and Mexican cuisine. Dried oregano is possible to replace the fresh one. It gives aromatic scent and amazing unique flavor that could goes well with any tomato-based dish, cilantro, or cumin. It is also a great pair with thyme, parsley, or/and basil. Additionally, it has been known as a medicinal herb since ancient time. However, over-seasoning can be bitter. Hence, it is highly recommended to add it little by little. Oregano is useful for marinating chicken, lamb and beef.
